TNSTC Kumbakonam Karaikudi Region Operates buses from Rameshwaram, Ramnathapuram to Thiruchendur in ECR East Coast Road. Once the travelling time between Thoothukudi – Ramnad will be close to 6 + Hours of bad conditions of road. Rameswaram Thiruchendur direct frequency is very less. If you are single you can make transist at ramnad. Ramnad thoothukudi frequency is every 30 mins to 45 mins once a bus. from Thoothukudi you can transist to Thiruchendur.
