MTC Small Bus to be operated in 13 New routes

The addition of 40 new mini buses to the Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC) fleet promises to benefit residents living in areas on the fringes of the city. The new small buses were flagged off by Honourable Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. 13 new routes with 30 buses and additional buses on current routes and remaining would be spare ones.

Thanks for the S75 small bus route which connects Karukku once a remote place to Chennai city helps to get mufusel buses for the people of Karukku, Menambedu to reach Maduravoyl to get the buses going to via Porur tollgate and going via Poonamallee. It saves one to two hours of each and every passenger and their precious time. Thanks to this Small bus scheme.
And one more service is required is from Estate bus stand to Puzal camproad to connect GNT road. This will help the workers to reach Ambattur estate easily with our traffic jam from ambattur o.t.to dunlop.

  There are no scheduled time for this small buses due to narrow roads and traffic timings may vary but MTC promises to run every half and hr once a bus in all routes.
