109 new buses Inaugurated today

109 new buses and 40 small buses were inaugurated today morning by Tamilnadu Chief minister J.Jayalalitha at Chennai. Three New depots constructed at the cost of 2.90 crores were also added to TNSTCs infrastructure today.

New buses allocation details:

MTC – 9 buses, 40 small buses in 13 routes.

SETC – 12 AC buses

TNSTC-Villupuram – 41 buses

TNSTC-Salem – 14 buses

TNSTC-Coimbatore – 25 buses

TNSTC-Madurai – 6 buses

TNSTC-Tirunelveli – 2 buses

New depots:

TNSTC-Villupuram

• Sholingar depot for Vellore region
• Orikkai-2 depot for Kanchipuram region

TNSTC-Kumbakonam

• Iluppur depot for Pudhukottai region.
