Manalmedu Chennai New service by TNSTC Villupuram

Manalmedu is a panchayat town in Nagapattinam district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It comes under Mayiladuthurai Taluk. The ancient name was called “Naganathapuram” by the name of Lord shiva temple shri.Naganatha swami’ (naga means snake).The temple was believed to worshipped by the ‘doumiya’ rishi the guru of pandavas during their exile life. The village “puthamangalam”, birth place of the famous Tamil writer, freedom fighter and pioneering journalist Kalki Krishnamurthy, is near this panchayat.

A new service from Manalmedu – Chennai have been flagged off yesterday TNSTC Villupuram Cuddalore Region Kattumannarkovil Depot Operates this Service.

But the bus to Salem from Kattumannarkoil starts at 6.15 from the Kattumannarkoil Bus stand everyday via Kattumannarkoil-Srimushnam-virudhachalam-attur-salem, It has very limited stops between Kattumannarkoil to Virushachalam, they are Kattumannarkoil-Papakudi-Chozhatharam-Palayamkottai-Srimushnam-virudhachalam. also the bus is not belong to Kattumannarkoil Depot, it belongs to Salem corporation, but not sure about the depot, However in the bus, it had written as Salem/Mettur.

  then around 3.30 to 3.45pm(one day I caught this bus on 4pm)
