TNSTC Tirunelveli Thoothukudi Region Thoothukudi City Depot running a bus in two routes. Route No 153K run as a BPR Bypass Rider in Thoothukudi Madurai route does two trips in morning, evening and SFS Super Fast Service in Thoothukudi Kovilpatti route does a trip in noon time. Earlier it was doing a single trip in Madurai route and three trips to Kovilpatti but demand in Madurai route made the management to change the service.
