2.From AVADI to PUDUCHERRY – via.THIRUMAZHISAI, VANDALUR, CHENGALPET, MELMARUVATHUR, TINDIVANAM.
3.From PATTABIRAM to PUDUCHERRY – via.THIRUMAZHISAI, VANDALUR, CHENGALPET, MELMARUVATHUR, TINDIVANAM.
4.From TIRUVALLUR to PUDUCHERRY – via.SRIPERUMBUDUR, ORAGADAM, SINGAPERUMALKOVIL, CHENGALPET, MELMARUVATHUR, TINDIVANAM.

The first starting trip of this Vellore Div. Ambur Depot Route No. 503 Vellore – Saidapet is from Vaniyambadi by 6:00AM to Saidapet. This bus runs 2 trip to Saidapet. Vaniyambadi – Vellore – Saidapet -Vellore – Saidapet – Vellore – Ambur. First trip is Vaniyambadi – Ambur – Vellore – Saidapet and return to Vellore. Second Trip is Vellore – Saidapet – Vellore and close to Ambur
