Current TNSTC Pudukkottai is VATC., When Tamil Nadu government decided to change the name of Transport corporation in 1997 VATC become TNSTC Pudukkottai under the control of TNSTC Kumbakonam. The bus in the pic is an accident news from our unknown media collection and belongs to Aranthangi Depot and on route no 11 LSS Aranthangi to Peravurani and one trip from Aranthangi to Periyalur in the afternoon. For todays younger generation who are interested to know about the past of TN Transport we have posted this exclusive Nostalgic Pic. VATC was registered under TN-55N-xxxx series. You can see the front grill design which was built in equal to private players running on that day.
