Good to see the Bus Timings at Both the bus stands in COIMBATORE.

I request the authorities of TNSTC-COIMBATORE to introduce the following New Express BUS Services immediately:

1.PALANI to PUDUCHERRY (360KMS) via. DINDIGUL, TRICHY, VILLUPURAM – Preferably DAY SERVICES.

2.POLLACHI to PUDUCHERRY (390 KMS) via. DHARAPURAM, KARUR, PERAMBALUR, VILLUPURAM.

3.COIMBATORE to PUDUCHERRY (380KMS) via.ERODE, SALEM, VILLUPURAM – Preferably DAY SERVICES.

4.ERODE to PUDUCHERRY (278KMS) via. SALEM, VILLUPURAM – Preferably DAY SERVICES.

  From Coimbatore Railway station, catch a bus to Ukakdam BS. There are very good number of city buses running in this route. Just ask Ukkadam, they will drop you in the BS. From Ukkadam, you can catch a direct bus to Palani. In the day time(5 AM to 10 PM), buses will be there to Palani for every 10-15 min. In the night time(10 PM to 5 AM), buses are operated for every 30 min to 1 hr. Frequency of buses will be more during any festival times and weekends.

  Timings are available at Munnar Timings. There are two buses available from Coimbatore(Ukkadam) to Munnar. Alternatively, you can goto Udumalpet and take a bus from there.

  Every half an hour there is a bus from Pollachi to MTP from morning till 9 PM or so. As an alternative option, you can also catch a bus to Coimbatore and from there you can take a bus to MTP.
