  3. I boarded MTC bus M18C on 19 Nov 2012 @ 11.45 AM and was charged Rs 11 from Nanganallur to Madipakkam Rd JN (UTI Stop), which is typically 3 stages and costs Rs 5. When asked for reason the conductor rudely replied pay or get down. Same M18C charged me Rs 5 when I boarded the bus around 6 PM. Why on earth is such a huge price difference? Can some1 explain pls?

  5. For last 3 months the frequency of bus route no. 21G from Broadway to Tambaram/Guindy In evening specially after 5 pm has been made 50 to 60 minutes. Due to this the buses become heavily overcrowded. This route is very long and serves a distance of 25 from broadway to Tambaram. This is the only route bus which passes through R A Puram. Old people, children and ladies suffer due to overcrowding as on every stop 10 to 15 persons board the bus which is already packed. The next bus takes again 40 to 60 minutes. Please increase the frequency at least to 15 minutes to cater to the rush for this route.
