Eticket reservation for SETC, TNSTC inaugurated by CM

E-Ticket reservation facility for TNSTC and SETC buses inaugurated by Tamilnadu chief minister today. A much waited E-Ticketing facility is thrown open to public today. A surprise news for all of us.

Users can use Credit Card/Debit cards to book their tickets.
50 Reservation centers are in operation now. It will be increased to 300 counters soon.
SMS will be sent to the mobile nos once the transaction is done.
CM inaugurated the eticketing facility and handed over 4 tickets to the passengers.

    Starting day itself we are not able to login???

      There was a huge traffic in the site and it started throwing errors. Some of our blog members also couldnt able to login. Now we are able to login and book the tickets. Try it out.

      Most of the cities got eticketing enabled. Still some of the TNSTC services are not getting displayed. I think they started adding the routes one by one. We may need to wait for sometime to get it completely enabled.

      There was an issue initially and now it started working. Still they will take sometime to get normalized. Atleast now we got Eticketing enabled. It was really a sudden surprise for us.

    Don’t see the extra money.

    It is unfortunate we use SETC for travel.
    Corrupt management cheating the poor travelers.

    Website is also kind of show to the people.

    I am facing an error like this “Onward Services are not available on this date.” although I had given all the information correct but it shows the same…..I don’t know why it shows but one thing is clear that online booking facility is not good in SETC.

    Hi, I plan to book the ticket through E-Booking. But there is no boarding point in Tambaram. Route: Chennai to Pampa.

    Can you more update in this site, whether boarding point is there at tambaram or not.

    Tickets are very heavy, compare to heavy ticket and waste service, so we will go through private buses.

    Last two days the site sucks, dont know what a damn server they having? keep on saying server busy please try after sometime, i doubt that the tnstc blocked the ticket booking for deepavali, hopeless guyz and wasting our time too

    Sirs, Lot of teachers were doing job at Melmaruvathur station’s around the areas. So they want get bus reservations. And also they wants to get bus from Melmaruvathur. But if any empty seats only they getting from there. So, They meets. Lot of problems. So, Pls, try to solve and get govt employes best impressions.

    i have reserved the tickets through tnstc website on 20-12-12 for up & down……while i am doing the reservation, everything was finished fastly and they have credited near 18000 rupees from my SBI depit card… after transaction from my depit card i got message ,that your transactions was cancelled….my ticket also not reserved and booked, instad of that they sucked my money from the account… i am teling tnstc is a very worst service in tamilnadu… they are cheating the general poor public…poor people , cant afford a travelling in private travels…what they can able to do..their situation to should reserve in govt buses…… but here……every thing goingon is very worst….cheating…….

    It is difficult to locate the correct id of SETC . If we log in some private bookings have been given importance and we do not know whether it is SETC bus or not. Better have a separate id with clarity to book e-tickets .P.Kondalaraju

    I Have booked the E-ticket from SETC portal on SEP 12.

    Booked the ticket from Bangalore to Tirunelveli journey date on 31/10/2013.

    Now I want to cancel this ticket. From past 3 days I am trying to cancel this ticket but showing “Server is busy. Please try after sometime. Sorry for the inconvenience” error.

    Please let me know how to cancel this ticket. Below is the PNR no of the ticket
